Hi Grove Gal, I have been thinking over your question. You're smart to question the value of a third stroller when your child is already 3 years old. However, as you probably know, you simply can't jog with a Bugaboo--you need a stroller designed for jogging. So I think if jogging is important to you then it's worth it to buy a stroller that will allow you to do that.

The size and weight of Mini K will help determine how long you'll be able to enjoy a new stroller at this point. BOB's have a high weight capacity of 70 lbs so depending on the size of your child, this stroller could last longer than you think.

Finally, while I adore the BOB Revolution, there are other great BOBs for a little less. The Revolution is a great all around stroller. But you could also take a look at their Sport Utility Jogging Stroller. At $299 is almost $100 less than the Revolution. Unlike the Revolution, it has a fixed wheel but since you already have two fab strollers you won't need to use your jogging stroller for anything but jogging and therefore don't need the front wheel to swivel.

If the stroller doesn't get a lot of wear and tear you could always consider reselling it once Mini K grows out of it. Just another way to recoup some of the cost.

I hope this helps you make a decision. Feel free to email me if you need more advice. I'm happy to help!
